1. Use of AI Scoring

VoiceCheck uses artificial intelligence to generate speaking scores and transcripts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content and scores may contain inaccuracies.
• The assessment logic may change without notice.
• Teachers remain solely responsible for all final assessment decisions, grading, and feedback provided to students.

2. User Conduct

Users (Teachers and Students) must not upload:

• Illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Personally identifiable information of minors beyond what is necessary for the assessment.

3. Availability and Interruption

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the service at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

4. No Warranties

VoiceCheck provides no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
