• Basic Profiles: We store teacher account information including email and full name.

2. AI Processing

Audio submissions are processed by third-party AI providers, primarily Google Gemini, to generate transcripts and assessment scores. By using our service, you acknowledge that your audio data will be shared with these providers for the sole purpose of assessment.

3. Data Usage

Data collected is used exclusively for:

• Educational assessment and scoring.
• Providing classroom dashboards to teachers.
• Improving the accuracy of our assessment logic.

4. Storage and Security

While we implement security measures to protect your data, VoiceCheck is currently an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). We do not guarantee permanent storage of submissions. Audio files are typically stored for a limited time (e.g., 30 days) and may be deleted thereafter.

Users should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential data, or any recordings that they do not have the right to share.
